HOW IT WORKS

After filling a glass with a sample of foam, collected with the aid of the Haffmans ISD 2.0 and the Haffmans Inpack Flasher Head (pictured to the right), the glass is placed in the instrument where the foam collapse time will be automatically measured by the Haffmans NIBEM-TPH Foam Stability Tester. Subsequently, the results are transferred to a PC.
The Haffmans NIBEM-TPH Foam Stability Tester must be used in combination with the Haffmans Inpack Flasher Head to ensure a controlled and repeatable foam creation and measurement.
To bring the beer to the Flasher Head, it needs to be connected to a piercing device such as the Haffmans ISD 2.0, which allows safe, representative sampling from the package so that a reproducible foam sample in a standard glass provided with the NIBEM instrument is created with the Flasher head.
